I recently completed a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course at work, which is what inspired this page. Mindfulness is all about being present from moment to moment and helps you to gain a greater understanding about yourself through meditation practices.
The meditation helps you to tune in to your body and mind and gives you a shocking insight into your own head! It has made me realise how much I worry and how stressed I have been feeling and has enabled me to take steps to look after myself a little better.
